ADAM – Retail shop owner, based in Melbourne
Adam started his business during COVID in general bicycle repairs and sales of vintage bicycles. Over time Adam saw his business slowly grow through word of mouth, however, he wanted to grow his online presence to find new leads. Adam reached out as he wanted us to set up his online presence.

I have had websites done before but this time I needed it to work in with my Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Marie – HOMEWARES shop in SYDNEY
Marie had been running her shop for 5 years, working most days and was starting to burn out, due to her frustration in not knowing how to use social media, link the accounts and maintain awareness campaigns.
Though the business was often quiet it was enough for Marie, but she was eager to retire and sell the business in the next 18 months. However, Marie wanted to scale the business attracting customers from out of town to stop by and have a look so we considered the best outcome for her specific needs and requirements. Unlike other clients, Maria wanted a sustainable solution to being about to increase her social media content and caption writing. It made the most sense to arrange 2 1:1 coaching sessions to teach her about using light, creating carousels and reels all from her Iphone.
