The Cadel Evans Road Race was our first introduction to the world of WorldTour teams and UCI international cycling teams. This year’s event (2020) put us on the cycling photographer map.

I shared a ride down to the event with Mark Geary when I was 20 years old and walked into the media office, asked for permission after filling out some forms and it took some convincing before I was allowed into the media bus and work alongside some of the big-name photographers at the time like Marcus Enno and Russ Ellis.

I was especially new to the women’s cycling scene who had a brutal race in 2020 with rain and a terrible crash close to the end of the race.

Here is a small gallery of images from the event.

Thanks so much for scrolling through our gallery, we are looking to grow our audience for independent media for everyone to have access to. We look forward to being apart of next years race and the years to come.
